Shipping

How long will my order take? 

Personalized orders may take 3-5 weeks turn around time, excluding weekends and holidays. (On average orders are shipped within 3 weeks). Orders are shipped through USPS.

PLEASE BE MINDFUL WE ARE CURRENTLY IN A PANDEMIC AND SHIPPING DELAYS MAY OCCUR. PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO EMAIL ME IF ANY QUESTIONS.


In Stock/ On hand Items will ship out every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.



Lost or stolen packages
Once I provide you with a tracking number your order is no longer in my possession. If your package has been confirmed delivered via USPS and you did not receive it you must file a claim with USPS as we are not responsible for lost and stolen packages. If you have history of missing packages we recommend you let us know you will like a signature required for delivery. Which means someone will have to be at the address to sign and collect your package. 

Processing

How is my order processed? 

 

All orders are processed and shipped on business days only, Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, after normal business hours or Holidays will be processed on the next business day. Most orders are processed within 12-24 hours after receipt. Longer delays may apply depending on volume and time of year.

 

 

HOW DO I KNOW WHAT SIZE CHAIN TO SELECT?

You can refer to our size chart for any assistance with selecting a desired chain length. Personally, I love 18in and 22. 

 

Return Policy

NO REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS OR EXCHANGES - ALL SALES ARE FINAL 
Due to the nature of our products (custom made) TheSPCollection do not offer refunds.

If there is an error on my end we will correct it or customer will receive store credit only.
